¿Preparad@ para dar un salto a otro nivel?
Una vez comprobada la disponibilidad y realizada la reserva, accederás a un cuestionario de la sesión. Dicho cuestionario está compuesto por preguntas tipo test, figuras a interpretar y campos a rellenar. De esta manera, no solo se podrá estudiar tu caso, lo que te ocurre, sino que se podrá realizar un estudio de psicoanálisis para entender mucho mejor la manera que tienes de pensar y de actuar.
La sesión se compone de dos partes. Una de respuestas y otra de preguntas o dicho de otro modo, una donde hables y otra donde escuches. No solo se trata de encontrar la solución, sino de encontrarte a ti, hallar y entender tu ser al desnudo (mentalmente hablando).
La sesión será meramente individual y exclusiva con José Montañez. Tendrá una duración aproximada de 60 min.
Es muy importante que la reserva y el cuestionario de la sesión de coaching se hayan enviado, como mínimo, 24 horas antes del inicio de la sesión.

Es la opción más rentable de toda la web y quizás la más útil.
Las personas de éxito tienen algo en común; intentan contaminarse lo menos posible de toda la basura de la sociedad en sus tiempos libres.
En mi caso, fue una de las primeras cosas que puse en práctica. Me acostumbré a escuchar podcasts (audios) de personas exitosas mientras hacía la comida, mientras iba de camino al trabajo, mientras comía, mientras me duchaba, mientras paseaba al perro, mientras hacía ejercicio, etc.
¿Debería escuchar podcasts a menudo?
Hay personas que en sus tiempos libres ven demasiadas series, películas o programas de televisión. Quizás escuchan demasiada música, se relacionan con amistades tóxicas o personas que aportan muy poco valor a su vida. Este tipo de personas, sin darse cuenta, se lavan el cerebro para no tener ambición por nada, caer en una rutina cómoda, no tener sueños y quedarse así, tal y como están.
También hay otro tipo de personas, que están dispuestas a pagar el precio, a hacer lo necesario, a no tener miedo a perder... Este tipo de personas, también se lavan el cerebro, la diferencia es que lo hacen conscientemente y, por supuesto, los resultados son diferentes.
¿En qué consisten estos podcasts?
Aquí encontrarás podcasts descargables que podrás escuchar cuándo y dónde quieras. Son grabaciones audibles que tratan temas importantes que te ayudarán a elevar tu nivel de conciencia a lo largo de tu día.
